Leadership Opportunity: Hockey Director Role Open at RAHA

The Ridgefield Amateur Hockey Association is pleased to announce the opening of its search for a Hockey Director for the 2026–2027 season.

This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing player development, coaching standards, and program operations across all age groups. The Hockey Director serves as a guiding force in shaping RAHA’s on-ice culture and ensuring alignment with our mission, values, and long-term development philosophy.

The position is an annual appointment (May 1 – April 30), with renewal at the discretion of the RAHA Board of Directors.

About the Role

The Hockey Director will:

- Lead and support RAHA’s coaching culture and standards

- Oversee player development pathways and evaluations

- Manage tryout processes across all age levels

- Collaborate closely with the Board, Head of Hockey Operations, and program leadership

- Serve as a consistent and visible leader within the RAHA community
