Board Members

Ken Dartley | President

Ken and his wife, Erin, moved to Ridgefield from Westchester in 2016 and have three sons in the RAHA program. Ken’s connection to hockey in the area dates back to 1976, when his family moved to Wilton and he began playing at Winter Garden. He went on to play hockey for Wilton High School before attending Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he played collegiate golf.

Since moving to Ridgefield, Ken has been active in the community, coaching youth baseball, soccer, and hockey. He is a USA Hockey Level 4 coach and currently serves as an assistant coach for the Lions Bantam A1 and PeeWee A teams. He has also served on the Board of Trustees at First Congregational Church of Ridgefield and as a den leader with Ridgefield Cub Scout Pack 124.

When not at the rink, Ken manages his specialty chemical distribution company.

Vinny DeSimone | VP, Treasurer (Bantam Age Level Director)

Vinny and his wife Marisa grew up in Connecticut and moved to Ridgefield in 2016. They have two children, Mariana (aged 8) and Miles (aged 6), who are both part of the RAHA program. Mariana played for the inaugural RAHA Girls Team in 2024-25, and Miles played his first Mite season in 2025-26.

Vinny is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of AKD Wealth Partners of Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network where he provides investment planning and wealth management to high net worth and ultra-high net worth families.

Vinny grew up in New Fairfield, CT and learned how to ice skate at Winter Garden when he was 5. He played ice hockey as a Mite and Squirt in Ridgefield and then continued his travel youth hockey career in New Milford as a Pee Wee and Bantam. He was a top varsity student athlete at New Fairfield High School where he captained the Varsity Ice Hockey Team.

Vinny is a graduate from the Stern School of Business at New York University with a double major in Finance and Marketing, and he played one season for the NYU Club Ice Hockey team. Vinny is thrilled at the opportunity to serve RAHA and its participants and give back to the sport that shaped his childhood.

Bridget Fine | Team Managers & Volunteers (Squirt Age Level Director)

Bridget Fine lives in Wilton with her husband, Josh, and their three children, Parker, Riese, and Camden. Her family has been part of the Ridgefield Lions community since Parker began with the program as a first-year Mite. He is now a first year Bantam, while Camden is in his fourth year with the Mite program.

Bridget spent many years as a high school biology teacher and currently teaches biology part-time at Fairfield University. During her time teaching high school, she also coached varsity gymnastics, an experience that gave her a strong appreciation for the important role coaches and youth sports can play in the lives of young athletes.

Bridget has become increasingly involved with the Lions, most recently serving as the manager of the Mite Yellow team and helping organize team activities and events. With the organization having played such an important role in her family's life, she joined the board as an opportunity to give back and help contribute to the continued success of the program.

Bridget also brings significant nonprofit and community board experience. She served for five years on the Board of the Children’s Day School of Wilton, including serving as Board Chair. She currently serves on the Wilton Youth Lacrosse Board and the Candlewood Knolls Community Board, where she is involved with the children’s programming and entertainment committees.

Bridget looks forward to bringing her experience as an educator, coach, parent, and community volunteer to the Ridgefield Lions Hockey Board and helping provide a positive experience for Lions players and families.

Jenn Mancusi | Marketing, SafeSport (Mite & Girls Age Level Director)

Jenn and her son Charlie have been a part of RAHA since the 22-23 season as a first-year mite family. Charlie is currently enjoying his second season on our Squirt AA team.

Jenn handles our marketing, pr, social media and website for RAHA. She is also our SafeSport rep for the 2026/2027 season

A native of Norwalk, Jenn went to Fairfield University, and has worked in marketing ever since, the last 15 years in the insights and customer experience industry. In 2023, she and a partner founded a marketing agency to help companies scale with growth and performance marketing.

Rudy Marciano | Ice Planning, Goalies, Tournaments (Peewee Age Level Director)

Ice Planning/Master Scheduler/Goalie Coordinator/CanAm Manager

Rudy Marciano lives in Ridgefield with his wife and two children and has been an active member of the Ridgefield Lions hockey community for the past four years. During that time, he has served as a team manager and scheduler each season. His son is a goalie on the Squirt AA team and also plays travel baseball for Ridgefield, while his daughter plays Ridgefield travel softball.

Rudy is a graduate of Villanova University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Mathematical Science, and the University of Chicago, where he earned a master's degree in Financial Mathematics. He spent nearly two decades in the insurance and financial services industries, holding a variety of finance roles. Most recently, he worked at J.P. Morgan in Manhattan, where he led a global team responsible for capital calculations and regulatory balance sheet reporting.

In 2018, Rudy left the financial services industry to focus full-time on real estate, allowing him greater flexibility to spend time with his young family and become more involved in the community. He is currently a real estate broker with Keller Williams Realty in Ridgefield.

Rudy brings to the Lions Board a strong financial and analytical background, professional leadership experience, and several years of hands-on involvement with the organization. He looks forward to helping support the continued growth of the program and providing a positive experience for Lions players and families.

Greg Martino | Hockey Operations (Bantam Age Level Director)

Greg and his wife Lynsey grew up in Fairfield County and moved to Ridgefield in 2017. They have one son, Andrew, who currently plays in the RAHA program. Greg is currently an equities trader in Greenwich, CT. Growing up, he played youth hockey in Stamford before playing defense for Fairfield Prep from 1999-2001. After high school, Greg attended UVM where he helped found and played on the university’s club hockey team. Greg continues to play men’s hockey in town with several other RAHA parents, coaches and board members and is excited to help shape the future of the town’s players and hockey program.

RJ McDonough | Hockey Operations (Squirt Age Level Director)

RJ McDonough brings a strong combination of coaching experience, community involvement, and professional leadership to the Ridgefield Lions Hockey Board.

RJ has coached youth hockey for the past year, bringing a positive and encouraging approach with an emphasis on motivation, teamwork, and player development. He also brings more than 20 years of experience coaching youth lacrosse, working with athletes at multiple levels and fostering a culture of teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship. His longstanding involvement in youth sports reflects a genuine commitment to helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.

Professionally, RJ is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience improving processes, building effective teams, and driving organizational efficiency. He brings that same thoughtful and collaborative approach to his work on the board, helping support the continued growth and long-term success of the Ridgefield Lions Hockey program.

Dedicated to both the organization and the broader Ridgefield community, RJ looks forward to helping shape the future of Lions hockey while creating a positive experience for its players and families.

Melissa Miller | Girls Hockey (Mite Age Level Director)

Melissa started her skating career as a competitive figure skater in singles and synchronized skating. After spending so much time on the ice, she decided to trade in her figure skates for hockey skates. She played with the Quarry Cats Women’s Team in Montclair, NJ and other teams around the area. She has coached skaters of all ages in house league, learn to skate, and learn to play. Previously, she has worked with the NY Rangers as a member of the On Ice Blue Crew, Junior Rangers Learn to Play coach, and youth hockey camp instructor. As a coach, she has Level 1 USA Hockey certification. For Melissa, the best part of being on the ice is watching children learn and develop their skills while building sportsmanship, making new friends and having fun!

Cindy Pohlmann

Cindy and her husband, Chris, both grew up in Westchester County, NY and hopped over the border to CT back in 2005. After 12 years in Fairfield, they have since settled into Weston with their three busy kids, one of whom is a Pee Wee in the RAHA program. By day, Cindy works for a global human capital consulting firm leading technology product development, commercialization and client success for a portfolio of proprietary software solutions. By night, she and her husband can usually be found managing one of their children’s sports teams or shuttling kids around between activities. Cindy is thrilled to be part of the RAHA board in order to contribute to the growth of such an amazing community program.
