RAHA’s goal is to have a fair playing time policy for all players.  In certain situations fair may not mean equal, although it is expected that over the course of a season players will experience similar amounts of playing time.
 
Playing time for all players will be at the coach’s discretion.  Factors the coach may consider when determining playing time include, but are not limited to, effort, skill and ability to contribute in specific situations, supporting teammates, behavior on and off the ice, following directions, enthusiasm and attendance at games and practices.
